We may not be much with a paintbrush, but hand us an eyeliner brush and the creative juices just start flowing. While we still love gradient winged eyeliner and always swoon over a colorful cat eye, we decided our artistic eyeliner repertoire could always use a refresh. So we called in professional makeup artist Tara Shakespeare and had her bring to life a few new ways to wear colored eyeliner.
