6 Beauty Tricks & Treatments You Can Do in Your Sleep

I love a good beauty hack. But sometimes there just isn't enough time in the day to solve beauty woes. This is why I'm an even bigger fan of beauty treatments you can do while you sleep — you know, the set-it-and-forget-it type. Because even though snoozing offers its own beauty benefits, if we're going to be spending around one-third of every day doing it, we might as well make the most of it and reap even more advantages from it.

And the best part is, by tackling problems like dry skin and hair while we sleep, we have more time during the day for really anything else. No more time is wasted trying to make hair look just so, or trying to pop pimples (that we know we should leave alone anyway). Instead, there's more time for other activities, like basking in our own laziness. (C'mon, you know loafing is one of your favorite pastimes.) So whether you simply don't have the time or are just a little bit lazy when it comes to a beauty routine, here are six beauty tricks and treatments that you can do while you snooze. I mean, it's called "beauty sleep" for a reason, right?
